The GDLN program for Latin America and the Caribbean is coordinated by the World Bank Knowledge Management Team for Latin America and the Caribbean.

David Gray

As Regional Coordinator of the Network, David is in charge of directing the Network’s growth and presence in the Region, as well as establishing strategic alliances among institutions.

Carmen Carpio

Carmen is in charge of managing and promoting programs related to human development, with topics such as health, education, HIV/AIDS and social protection. Also, she serves as a contact point, together with Jorge Gamarra, for the Andean region and Brazil.

 Bari Rabin

Bari is in charge of managing the development of programs on rural development, environment and young entrepreneurship. She is also the contact point for the Central American countries and facilitates de entry to the network of countries in the Southern Cone.

Juan Carlos Franco

Juan Carlos is responsible of developing programs related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). He is currently leading the development of advanced networks in GDLN LAC as well as the technical running of the network.
